Alice Feeney strikes again. This thriller has alternating POV’s between Him, Her, and the mysterious killer-but who is telling the truth? Jack and Anna, both past and present, continuously leave you hanging on to scraps of important information in their deceitful ways. As the murders continue and the plot thickens, I truly suspected Jack or Anna or the main side characters at least once to be the murderer. But by the end - I was completely baffled and laughed out loud at the outrageousness of it but also how perfect it was. Although it didn’t feel like we were given a lot of clues as the reader, now thinking back, the bread crumbs were there, perfectly subtle in a way to be overlooked. This book also has a nice twist to friendship groups gone wrong. It wasn’t a full 5 stars for me because I didn’t feel as invested until half way as I wanted/needed a bit more background to puzzle piece it all together. But this is a thriller that you won’t be disappointed in!!
