This book was a treat to read. It started out pretty slow, but it didn't stay that way. I loved the characters, especially the main two. The setting was extremely interesting, and I can't wait to learn more about this alternate version of our world, where fairies and various other mythical creatures are not only real, but the subject of academic study.
