It was really, really good most of the way through.
The ending... I don't know. It certainly was not bad. It wasn't my favorite; I wish that either it had been a haunting after all, or that Maggie HAD killed Petra. I would have been okay with either ending. I wish the whole Marta Carver part had been left out, and also the odd bit with Dane chasing her and acting as though he was going to hurt her, even though he hadn't done it. A bit too Scooby Doo villain esque for me, on both counts.
Also, the lifting from The Shining in terms of the marks on Maggie's neck. Was that intentional? Were we supposed to notice?
Overall I did really like this. Most of it.
