Bite-Sized Offerings: 31 Tales and Legends of the Zombie Apocalypse by Brian Parker, Mysti Holsinger-Stitt, W. J. Lundy

5.0

Pretty great anthology of zombie stories. The stories are scary enough with out being traumatizing. It's hard to write horror for younger teens and kids, but this manages to be enjoyable for kids and adults. Many of these stories are heartbreaking and so well written. There aren't any that were not at least somewhat enjoyable, even if they were weak. I listened to this on audiobook, so the narrators were a mix of good and meh. I love that several of the stories feature neuro-atypical children without being stereotypes or mocking the children.
