A great continuation of the series!
Paladin's Strength follows the mystery from Paladin's Grace, leaving behind the city and instead we get a 'roadtrip' and the introduction of Clara, a lay sister from the Convent of St Ursa.
Clara's convent was attacked and burned down, the sisters were all kidnapped and she is desperate to find and save them.

The characters are charming and fun. I really appreciated that Clara is a tall and strong woman and it continues in T Kingfisher's trend of featuring protagonists in their 30s/40s.

It's quite a slow burn romance, mostly because the characters are not incredible communicators and make assumptions on each other's behalf.
