challenging hopeful informative inspiring reflective slow-paced

written to himself, never meant to be published by the closest thing humanity had to Plato's "philosopher-king". it felt up-lifting reading this, but these are notes from throughout of his life and there are a lot of repetitiveness stemming from this, i assume. (the notes were ordered/categorized into books[chapters] after his death). must read if you are interested in stoicism
