heathere6093 's review for:
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Trilogy
by Stieg Larsson
Left me wanting to dive into the third one right away. More accessible (to me) than the first one. Lisbeth's will to live is pretty amazing, especially considering what she's been through. Even with that, I did find the end where she 'comes back to life' a little hard to believe...but that's not going to stop me from continuing to read her story.
Other reviews have covered this so I won't go into it a lot...but it's amazing how we cheer for the anti hero. She has her own brand of morals which many can agree with but I have a hard time justifying vigilantism...but the book seems to support that idea that if our systems that are in place don't take care of the bad guys then we have to. I do believe that bad people will get what's coming to them at some point and we may never get the satisfaction of seeing it.
