Very interesting book, chalk full of information on how your body and metabolism actually function. It seems rather obvious that in the future we will be using food and other natural means for 'medicine' instead of taking so many pills. This is still cutting edge stuff, but it will be mainstream in a number of years.

I've been following the guidelines to boost my metabolism and so far I've lost eight pounds in two weeks. On top of that, I'm less tired throughout the day and my skin is clearer than it has maybe ever been.
