-I read this in one sitting-

This book was a nice quick read. The suspense was really good and I liked how they displayed Jake’s experience at a pwi. Jake’s life certainly wasn’t easy before and him being haunted by ghosts seemed to make an already bad situation worse. Although he was very quiet and a pushover, when it really mattered he found the courage to push on.

I loved the scene in the park where he talked to his ancestors- it was so cute
I found myself sympathizing with Sawyer (which honestly scared me) and while I don’t think what he did was okay, I am glad he kind of got his revenge (even though I was worried Jake would get in trouble for it).

I had a hard time visualizing the ectomist but I think once you decide for yourself how u want it to work you should be okay.

Overall this book was a nice read and if you’re thinking about reading it you should just take the plunge.
