Driving Wild: A Stock Car Racing - Frenemies to Lovers Romance by Haley Cook

5.0

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
HEA: yes
POV: dual 1st person POV
spice: several open-door spicy scenes
TWs: n/a
standalone: book 2 in the Driving Series - Stock Car Racing Romance (can be read as a standalone, but recommended to read the series for the couple’s first interactions)
final thoughts: while you don’t have to read book 1 in the series to enjoy this book, I think it would be helpful to get more background on the characters.
Matt was gone on Grace from the beginning, and after a one night stand from book 1 he was hooked. After some shady moves on a night out, Grace drunkenly told the world that she was married to Mac not realizing she just said saved him from a reporter. Their frenemies-to-lovers relationship was sweet and spicy with plenty of laughs along the way.
After being forced to move in with Matt, there’s no way Grace can keep the walls up between them after she finds out who he really is outside the media.
