My summary: Ryan is a successful partner at a respected law firm, as well as a member of the Boardroom, a private sex group. When Ryan arrives to a scene with a blindfolded woman, he never expected it to be someone that works for his company. Brighton is a bright paralegal and has lived under her mother’s scrutiny and expectations her entire life. When her friend gifts her with a visit to the Boardroom for her birthday, she agrees to go but blindfolded and with anonymity, known as Brie not as Brighton. As Brie discovers an uninhibited part of herself in the Boardroom, she also finds an attraction to one of the men. Soon, Ryan and Brie learn just how hard it can be to mix business and pleasure.
My thoughts: I really enjoyed this audiobook! I loved listening to the male narrator, who makes it extra steamy. Although obviously hot, this book is also pretty sweet. I liked the character development and that there was an actual plot and not just smut, although, don’t get me wrong, there’s still plenty of smut involved. It was a great listen and I’m sorry to see that my library doesn’t have the last book of the series on audiobook.
