Sea of Ruin

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am honestly not sure how I stumbled onto this book but it instantly hooked me from the very first pages. I went through the gauntlet with my emotions in this book. It was exciting, adventurous, gritty, angsty, heartbreaking, torturous, and inspiring. The storytelling is mesmerizing, the world is historical, the characters are captivating, and the turmoil is top notch.
The heroine, Bennett, is everything you would want from a female pirate captain. Her story is R O U G H but she is unbreakable. She has been on the run from her husband, Preist, for two years after he betrayed her in the worst way imaginable.
Priest, in spite of his name, is our biggest sinner but his devotion knows no boundaries, or laws. He is fiercely protective of those he loves and there is certainly more than meets the eye with this man.
