The Woman in Me by Britney Spears

challenging dark emotional inspiring reflective sad

4.5

With “The Woman In Me” Britney Spears finally got to speak about her own story and struggles and I think that is so important.

Britney’s tragic story will always be an example of how framing works and makes us believe what abusive people want us go believe.

It honestly hurts to read some of these lines, the way she has been traumatised from a very young age on and how the whole world failed her, the music industry, her family, the medical system, journalists, her ex-partners and I wish we would finally stop tormenting this woman.
