A companion novel to Confessions of a Call Center gal that I reviewed here last year on the blog and was definitely excited to read Lim's second book. With a few repeat characters, it was great to return to the call center for a different story. Kars is the main character in this book and as a manager she has to work closely with the new call center director - Carter Lockwood who has a few secrets up his sleeve.
