This is 3.5 stars rounded up. It's am interesting novel and the writer tried something different. This is a spy novel set in the avatar world. Full of information but glazing over the info we really want. Like the action and fights present in previous material. The main character role is actually split between Yangchen and Kavik. Which is fine Kavik has an interesting role. I just wish we knew more and focused on Yangchen. Am interesting addition to the avatar lore.
