This is my current favourite mystery series, featuring a psychologist investigator living in London between the two world wars and battling her own post-traumatic stress from her experience as a war nurse. The latest mystery involves an Indian domestic servant who is mysteriously murdered, and some soul-searching on Maisie's part about what her own future holds. Can't wait for the next one!
