Okay. I don’t know HOW each book in this series keeps getting better and better BUT IT DOES. Heartsong is hands down my favorite Green Creek book so far and I fear I’ll never shut up about it.
I knew from the moment I met Robbie in Wolfsong I was going to adore him. And man, did he prove me right. I think Robbie is my favorite character in the whole series, and I DEVOURED his story. And having Kelly as his love interest? It made the story all the sweeter.
The thing I love about this series is I keep thinking I’ll know what’s going to happen and keep getting thrown a curve ball at every turn. The writing style? Original and creative and FITS the story telling. The found family? I would DIE for the Bennetts. I would kill for them. And the sweet and precious love between Robbie and Kelly? Heart wrenching. Beautiful. I FELT it.
I am both so excited to read the final book, but also don’t want to because I’m not ready to leave Green Creek. 🥲
