I just received this book in the mail today and I devoured it in one sitting. That’s how good it is.
Kiss of Smoke is dark, dreamy, and completely addictive. Amy Pennza pulls you into a beautifully haunting world filled with tension, slow-burn romance, and characters who feel real in all their messy, morally gray glory.
The chemistry between the main characters sizzles, but what really hooked me was the emotional depth and the rich, atmospheric writing. Every scene had weight. Every twist hit hard. I couldn’t tear myself away even when I told myself “just one more chapter.”
If you’re a fan of dark fantasy with heart, high stakes, and a love story that simmers before it scorches, don’t wait on this one. I already want to re-read it… and I just finished it.
