First of all, I want to give a big thank you to the author for giving me an arc of this book. I enjoyed this so much and I am (im)patiently waiting for the next book already!

Starting out in the beautiful country of ireland, we meet Sierra Lopez who gets stood up by Aodhan de Thuaidh after a failed tinder date. However this isn’t the road for these two and we are taken on an exciting adventure into a world that is struggling with information that I do not want to give away. I really enjoyed this story for many reasons. The world building was written well and I could visualise it as the story went on. I loved all of the characters and the found family vibes that came across. It makes me want to live in Ireland! And my final reason is that the main female character isn’t a teenager.

If you love the academic world of “A Discovery of Witches” by Deborah Harkness and the fantasy world of “A Court of Thorns and Roses” by Sarah J. Maas, then i think you would love this one!
