Did not finish book. Stopped at 23%.

I think the main character is endearing and the story itself quite gripping. Perhaps if the book was a proper monologue/string of consciousness and not written in verse I’d have given it more of a shot;  that might have disguised the easy to digest (purposefully, I suspect), rhythmically challenged and inconsistent writing. It’s a no from me.
