A wild ride. So well written, I literally could not put this book down. The author’s research goes beyond the story and deep into anthropology, botany, geological history…everything. Completely gripping, and very different perspective on Teddy Roosevelt that even the most American-history-averse reader will enjoy.
Minor: Alcoholism, Animal death, Suicidal thoughts, Cannibalism, and Murder
