Where to begin... I was very underwhelmed with the plot, the characters, and the "twists". Nothing surprised me.
I understand the comparison to ACOTAR, but I must say that it shames that series (especially ACOMAF) to be compared to this.
It felt rushed, while also sooooo slow and I didn't enjoy the writing, it felt simple at times. I even skipped most of the smut because of it and I rarely do that. I didn't feel a connection to the FMC so this was a difficult book to go through. On to better things
