I'll say I was excited for the start of the book, anticipating that it would get deeper into how to execute the frameworks/suggestions he was setting up well with stories, and I was left wanting.
Having said that, I did quite enjoy the pieces toward the end around people, hiring/firing and negotiating win-win deals by offering value. Books around business tend to do that - some stuff you're simply in the right place to absorb, and other stuff, completely rubbish. Read it again when you're in a different mind and new things resonate.
