I loved Coy and Bellamy’s story. They have a complicated past of friends, firsts, lovers and enemies. Coy’s feelings for Bellamy come to the fore when he is hit in the face with them, not literally, but kind of.
Bellamy is strong or that’s what she lets everyone think, she doesn’t want to burden her friends. She has also been let down in the past so doesn’t trust or rely on others easily. Coy seems to have the charmed life of a music sensation but when he needs to take time out of the spotlight he wonders if the direction his life is going in is the one he wants to take. I loved watching them work through their relationship and decide what it is that they want and whether it can work out. Adriana Locke writes some truly beautiful moments in this story.
