I enjoyed being in this guy's head…well as much as you can enjoy being inside a heavily depressed man’s head while he recovers from his father's death and goes through everything he does. That being said I did think it would be more gory, ghostly and freaky. The body horror lacked much horror and the ending felt anticlimactic. Maybe that was the point but I'm not sure I’ve experienced enough grief to really understand or relate to this book.
