I still don't have any well-thought-out words to describe this book so I'll give a couple thoughts:
•This book is a CHONK. It was so intimidating but breaking it down and reading with a friend made it so much more approachable.
•The plot of this story was perfect. It was great pacing and the action kept me hooked.
•The character development was well done and I was fond of every character by the end.
•We got to learn so much about the history and lore of this fantasy world. I think that was one of my favorite parts!
•I adored this book. It was so complex and detailed, but it left me wanting more. I'd definitely recommend for those who love traditional fantasy with a splash of tender romance <3
