A chilling read. The lore behind the sisters is well thought out and interesting.
The sisters themselves at times were written too simply for their backstory but it still reads nicely. Unexpected plot twist was a good surprise and it was a slow burn up until that moment, after that I feel it was a little rushed.
I feel like more time needed to be spent developing the side characters, particularly the mother and her unique skills.
Few minor dislikes with the writing style but overall it was so good. I was really invested in the plot and enjoyed the slightly dark and scary element of the story. I liked the different perspective of the chapters that revealed the past of the sisters, felt it really brought the whole story together.
