What a great start to the series! It’s hard to review Vol. 1 of The Promised Neverland without giving spoilers to the series. I even recommend going in to the manga without reading a synopsis for the best reading experience. It’s beautiful, it’s dark, and it’s just so well done. The artwork also blew me away, especially in the transition pages. I have nothing but good things to say about this unique manga and I can’t wait to read Vol. 2.
