Started this in a reading slump so it took me a few chapters to really get into it but once I did I ended up finishing most of it in an evening.

Miles was such a fun grumpy character who is secretly the sunshine character.  He was always such a good friend and genuine person who helped out when he was needed.  He’s the type of friend to bring you a blanket when you’re sitting outside at night, to sit with you and just exist in the moment for the time being.

Ren’s struggle with depression and SH were written really well.  The everyday life of living with a mind that doesn’t always like you.  It was nice to see him fine himself and for him to have such wonderful people in his life.

Overall, I loved this book; it was a cute read.  Though without spoilers, I will say last two pages I didn’t care for, what happed with a side characters relationship, that was uncalled for 😭, I was really rooting for them.
