This was hard to finish because I couldn't get into Luce or Daniel. I felt that there was a built in assumption that I would understand they're meant to be so I didn't actually see or feel them having a relationship. Like this guy was a total prick to her from day 1 and yet still she's insta love - why? I just don't get it, there wasn't even a proper conversation for a long time and then it's all shrouded in mystery. I was so frustrated with these characters. I only finished it because I listened to it in the car. Then I find out it's a cliff hanger. Yeah, so I will not be continuing this series. I'm just glad it's over for me.
