I'm currently reading Reasons to stay alive by Matt Haig. I'm reading the Dutch ebook. Reading this for my Authors TBR. This is an adult nonfiction books with health, psychology and self help themes.

Loving this so far. I love Matt Haig's writing a lot in his nonfiction books. It also makes me think a lot about things. I also am learning a lot. 

This was a tough read, but learned a lot.
