Paris Is Burning by Lucas Hilderbrand

informative slow-paced

3.75

Great for fans of the film. Appreciated the author's personal anecdotes, even if they were a tad bit unnecessary. Even more appreciative of the research and the harsh truth that the director of the film really screwed over the people she exploited. (She purposefully left out studs and drag kings? Ouch.)
