Did not finish book. Stopped at 7%.

I might come back to this book, but I'm giving up on the contemporary romance genre. I thought that this one might've been the exception. I definitely would've liked the story if it weren't for all of the pop culture references. Personally, I really can't stand them. I can ignore if it happens a few times, but in this one it really annoyed me and made me cringe at times. I'm sad about it, but I just don't want to keep reading something I'm not enjoying, especially during exam season. I think I'll do the unspeakable and just watch the movie instead when it comes out.
