Heaven's Shadow by David S. Goyer

3.0

I needed to take a bit of time before writing this, so I could bounce some things off of someone else to ensure I hadn't just missed some important facts.

I enjoyed this book, it was fun; much in the way a summer popcorn movie is fun. It had its problems, and it took itself too seriously, and there were some odd inconsistencies and things that happened without, as far as I could tell, any good reason, but it was, like I said, a fun read.

I'll be checking out the second book at some point in the near future, as I'm interested to see where the story will go. Maybe some of my confusion and questions will be answered there.
