The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie

4.0

When I was a kid, I read many Agatha Christie mysteries and enjoyed them very much. Reading Roger Ackroyd showed me what I missed in my callow youth - - the charm of Christie's writing. I did find that the dubious talent of figuring out the culprit relatively early in her books is apparently like riding a bicycle, as it persists even after years of disuse.
