All in all, this was a very interesting read, and I did find myself feeling attached to Lydia, and especially worried for her mental wellbeing considering the fact that she was literally daydreaming all the time basically, which is not a healthy coping mechanism. I do think the ending was predictable, which is a bit of shame (because I also didn't like it), but I think it was overall still a very good book on loss and life.
