This took about 30 mins to read which felt short, even for a book for poetry. I was moreso in awe of what Megan feels or thinks is love and that this book is a cry for help. I fear one day we will hear tragic news about her and point back to this book and say “well…. She said this was going to happen, if only we had listened. A little too late”.

And my heart breaks for that. Certainly it is better to be alone than to be wrapped up in abuse and lost to yourself.
