This is a great workbook for those with anxiety. It gives you exercises and spaces to journal. It contains a lot of helpful information! Like anxiety, there is no one size fits all and this workbook fits that description perfectly. This workbook is perfect for that because it contains so many different aspects that everyone will be able to garner something from it! This is helpful and informative, I learned a lot.
