This story was so endearing! Honestly the cover is a bit deceiving, because the story feels nothing like it haha.

I loved Zippy and she was a great narrator for all the antics in the clothing store. Everyone had distinct personalities and the audiobook narrator did great voices for them all!

If you love coming-of-age stories, this is a great one. It also reminded me of The Ladies’ Paradise, just in 1980s San Francisco.
