Everyone Brave is Forgiven by Chris Cleave

3.0

This one seemed like it took me forever to get through! The story was okay...WWII, set partly in London during the air raids and partly on Malta when it was under siege. There was some beautiful writing but the writer seemed (to me) like he was only going to write either snappy/witty dialogue or deep, descriptive stuff. After a while it was tiresome and the snappy dialogue was SO out of place considering the situation. Okay, but definitely not a favorite.
