Twelfth Night
by William Shakespeare
I sorely missed the feeling of finishing a book.
Definitely not as deep as the few other plays of Shakespeare’s I have read (Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet), nor the best of his sonnets, but a delightful play with words nonetheless.
Interesting to read something simpler, and more comical. Both Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet are more on the tragic side, which lends itself better to depth than the comic ever has. Makes me feel like I have gained some insight into the movie theatres of the 1600s. Would love to see this, and the other mentioned plays, performed.
