I absolutely loved the first part, everything with Sherlock and Watson was great it was so interesting to see their characters as they’d been originally written after a lifetime of adaptations and interpretations. However I really didn’t like the second part. I found the flashback dreadfully boring and very confusing at the start. It felt like it came out of nowhere. I’m hoping that the flashback isn’t continued in other homes books but even if they are I’ll definitely continue to read them
