Not quite what I had pictured when I ordered it but very delightful, funny and an easy read.

It is not really essays about anxiety. It is is more of the impetus for the book than the theme
That being said, her writing is very relatable and human. She is honest and the topics are wide ranging. The length keeps it from ever being boring
Good for readers who like short stories/snippets and aren’t afraid of the use dark humor to write about hard things
