A Pale View of Hills by Kazuo Ishiguro

3.0

A Pale View of Hills is a complex book that presents itself as a simple story when it's not. The ending leaves a lot of questions to be answered and I do believe that second reading is a must, as there are cues and clues here and there that you can easily brush off when you are not suspecting the ending.

The writting, also, is masterful, full of beautiful descriptions and clever use of the timeline.
