Book 3! This is by far the best book yet in the TOA series. I was actually interested and engaged throughout the whole thing. I loved all the callbacks to the previous series and all the cameos. GROVERS BACK, it was so great to see him and I'm actually shocked with how long he stuck around for this book. Very happy we got to check in with Coach Hedge and Mellie (and baby Chuck <3). MY GIRL PIPER. GREAT to see her again. She feels like such a real person and great character now. Congrats on her lesbian (bi?) awakening. 

Now Jason...
I really did not fuck with Jason Grace before this year, but his death is so heartbreaking. I'm so sad he didn't get to reunite with Leo, or have a happy ending with Thalia. Genuinely so upsetting, he deserved better. Rest in peace King. <3
