The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

The Great Gatsby

While renting the cottage next door to the mysterious Millionaire Jay Gatsby, West Egg newcomer Nick Carraway is introduced to the Long Island social scene in a story that is predictable... until it's not.

Fitzgerald wrote a love story that challenges the basic foundation of society.
While morality, lawfulness and fidelity all come into question, I found myself putting my own values aside and rooting for the "underdog"

Love is love but diamonds pearls are a girls best friend.
