We'll be reading this in my classroom. I found it a sweet, thoughtful read and quite enjoyed it ☺️ it is YA/middle grade. Great for 7th grade since it takes place in 12th century Korea. I'm looking forward to seeing what my students think of it. It has a lot of historical content mixed with and interesting story and interesting characters, I thought, striking a good balance.
