I just finished Go Set a Watchman. There are hints in there that Harper Lee could tell a good story, but if it had been published without Mockingbird, I think it would have been remaindered within a few months. The ending was didactic and in this #MeToo moment, I was horrified that Uncle Jack started his lecture by punching Jean Louise.
