There cannot be enough warnings at the front of this book. there is a lot of mental health and suicidal thoughts, and suicide listed in this book. it's an amazing book that is worth the read but incredibly heavy and a lot to take in. if you are not in a healthy mind set I recommend reading this book at a later time when you are okay. please call if you every need help there are so many people out to help.  As he says ag the beginning of the book "let's go to tomorrow together"
