TRACY DEONN IS A QUEEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is fr my favorite YA series with characters that I love probably more than most characters I've ever read. At one point while reading this book I looked at my partner and said out loud (while crying) "I just care about these characters so much!"
Basically everything I wanna say is a spoiler so:
Knowing that this was going to be Nick's book, as a Selwyn girlie (he is actually my favorite book boyfriend ever, everyone leave Sel alone!) I had the expectation that we wouldn't get a lot of him in this book. WHICH IS FINE. Bloodmarked was That Book for me. I can reread it eternally (and plan to). But I do now understand what the Nick stans felt reading Bloodmarked :p
I am *actually* a throuple stan, please dear god Tracy give it to us I BEG! No three characters have ever meant more to each other and deserve to have happiness together. LET THEM LOVE EACH OTHER!
Switching from Bree's pov only from books 1 and 2 to getting multiple povs was definitely a vibe change. I did appreciate that it allowed us an expansion of the world, and to see more character development. Did it also probably make this book a tad too long? Yes. There were a few times while reading that the pace just really slows down, but I'm not sure how much could be cut to alleviate this. So maybe this was partially me always wanting to be around are trio and when we're not I just miss them. Besides for William's POVs cause his chapters actually gave me heart palpitations and made me cry.
The ending IS CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually screamed out loud
I cannot believe that we might have to wait another 3 years for the final book. I am unwell.
